OFS: How to pre-order

Meals must be ordered for students in Pre-KG, KG, and G1, and optionally in G2.

At OFS, students in Pre-KG, KG, and G1 must have their meals ordered for them by a parent. Our kitchen packs orders freshly every morning, and they are delivered to the child's classroom or designated dining area in appropriate food-safe containers.

Students in G2 will be issued with a Dining Card and are able to purchase items for themselves in the Dining Hall; however, parents may optionally pre-order if they feel this would better suit their child's needs.

Ordering Cutoff and Cancellation

You may place, amend or cancel your order up till 11:59pm the night before the order date (i.e. 11:59pm on Monday for Tuesday) through the Web Portal.

We understand that your child may be unable to attend school at short notice. Please use the live chat (purple bubble) to inform us by 8am. After this time, we appreciate your understanding that meals are prepared and dispensed, and no cancellation/refund will be possible.

How to place an order

  1. Click "Dining Hall" to launch the Victus Web Portal

  2. Click "Pre-ordering"

  3. Select the date from the calendar, and browse through the menu options.

    1. If you have more than one child that requires pre-ordered meals (i.e. two of your children are in K2), you will also need to select the child you are ordering for.

  4. Click the meal or item you wish to order, and it will be added to your basket. You may order for all available dates in one go, or just a single day at a time.

  5. Click the basket to review your order when you have finished selecting.

  6. Confirm your order to pay

    1. If you have sufficient funds in your e-wallet, the system will deduct from your balance and finalise the payment.

    2. The system will prompt you to top up if you do not have sufficient balance.

  7. You may review your order at any time on the Web Portal.

How to amend or cancel an order

We understand that your child may be unable to attend school at short notice. Please use the live chat (purple bubble) to inform us by 8am, and we will manually cancel/refund your order.

After this time, meals are prepared and dispensed, and no cancellation/refund will be possible.

  1. Click "Dining Hall" to launch the Victus Web Portal

  2. Click "Pre-ordering"

  3. Select the date you wish to cancel or amend from the calendar.

    1. If you have more than one child that requires pre-ordered meals (i.e. two of your children are in K2), you will also need to select the child you are ordering for.

  4. The item you have paid for will display a tick ☑️ and may display "1 selected".

  5. Click the tick to deselect the unwanted item(s). The refund balance will reflect in your basket.

  6. Select new items if you wish to order something else.

  7. Click the basket to review your changes, and confirm to save your changes.

    1. If your changes have resulted in a surplus, this will be credited to your e-wallet immediately when you confirm your changes.

    2. If your changes cost more than you originally paid, you will be charged via your e-wallet, or will be prompted to top up.
