OFS: Introduction to Cashless

OFS is now a cashless school.

Updated over a week ago

Overseas Family School is now fully cashless.

A fully cashless school reduces the risk of theft or loss of cash, and speeds up the payment process, allowing students to enjoy more of their lunch break.

About our system

We use a payment and ordering system specifically designed for Singapore's international schools, to facilitate fast cashless payments for students, parents and staff.

The Victus Web Portal

Our one-stop system Victus Web Portal is at the core of our cashless system. It allows parents to:

  • top up and manage the family e-wallet;

  • view your child's profiles, and configure daily/weekly/monthly spending allowances;

  • place pre-orders for students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, and G1 and G2.

Your data is securely shared between OFS and our system, to enable Single Sign-on (SSO) capabilities, and to ensure your child's details, including their allergies, are accurately reflected.

All data is provided by the school, and Victus Catering does not have the ability to edit or amend any information furnished to the system.

If you have any issues with signing in to My OFS, or notice any data issues (e.g. incorrect name or class), please contact the school directly.

Family E-wallet

Within the Web Portal, every family has their own e-wallet, which is designed specifically for school catering, and makes catering payments simpler and more efficient:

  • All OFS Dining Cards use the family e-wallet as their source of funds.

  • The e-wallet is used to pay for pre-ordered meals, for children in Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grades 1 and 2.

  • If a pre-order is cancelled, the balance is refunded to the e-wallet.

The e-wallet balance is shared by your whole family, which means topping up just once, even if you have multiple children attending OFS. It is managed from a single account, with one log in required. To learn about logging in, click here.

OFS Dining Card

Students in G2 and above will receive an OFS Dining Card during their first Homebase period. This is a 'contactless' RFID card, and contains a unique card ID code which is registered to the student.

The child's name and student ID is printed on the front of the card for verification purposes. The card itself does not store any balance, and cannot be spoofed or cloned by another user.

If a card is lost, it must be replaced in the school office for a $10 admin fee. Learn more about lost cards here.
