OFS: Lost Dining Cards

All lost cards must be replaced through the school.

The OFS Dining Card does not store any value or data itself - all value is stored in your family e-wallet on the cloud.

Replacing a lost card is simple - however, your child must report the loss immediately to ensure that the lost card is not misused.

All lost cards must be replaced via the school, as Victus Catering does not administer the card issuance process. Card replacements are subject to a $10 administration fee charged by the school.

Card replacement process

  1. The student must report the loss immediately to the respective Elementary/Middle/High School Office.

  2. The student's details will be submitted by the office to the school administration, who will print and configure the new card within 2-3 working days.

  3. For the processing period, the student will be issued with a temporary card, which will become active the morning after the loss was reported.

  4. Payment of the administrative fee will be charged to your family account or can be paid at the Block A, Level 6 cashier.

  5. The student should exchange their temporary card for the new card in their respective office.
