2.2. NLCS Junior School: Amend/Cancel an Order

It's easy to cancel or change your order through the system.

We understand that your needs may change, so you can cancel any orders placed till 11:59pm the night before your order is due to be served for a full refund.

If you wish to change your selection, please cancel your original order first to process the refund, then place a new order.

How to cancel

  1. Go to "Order History"

  2. Click the (i) next to the relevant order.

    You can use the filter button to find the specific date or child's order you are looking for.

  3. Click "cancel order"

    Please note that this action cannot be undone.

  4. Confirm the cancellation

    The refund amount will be displayed.

  5. Wait for cancellation

    The cancellation will process, and the amount will refund to your wallet.

Meal Cancellation/Change Policy

We maintain a policy in line with those offered by other caterers and international schools in Singapore, which ensures you have ample time to cancel or amend your order if required, while protecting our kitchen team and resources from risks from last-minute cancellations or sudden last-minute orders.

Cancellations must be made via the system following the instructions below, by 11:59pm the night before the order is due to be served. Cancellations made through the system are refunded in full immediately to your e-wallet.

Emergency cancellations can be made up till the time the meal is dispensed (typically no later than 9am); once the meal has been dispensed, no refund can be processed as the food has left the kitchen.
