How to amend or cancel
Meal Cancellation/Change Policy
We maintain a policy in line with those offered by other caterers and international schools in Singapore, which ensures you have ample time to cancel or amend your order if required, while protecting our kitchen team and resources from risks from last-minute cancellations or sudden last-minute orders.
Cancellations must be made via the system following the instructions below, by 11:59pm the night before the order is due to be served. Cancellations made through the system are refunded in full immediately to your e-wallet.
Emergency cancellations can be made up till the time the meal is dispensed (typically no later than 9am); once the meal has been dispensed, no refund can be processed as the food has left the kitchen.
Select the day of the order(s) you wish to cancel.
If you are cancelling for more than one of your children (e.g. if you are leaving Singapore unexpectedly on a family trip), you will need to complete this process for each child separately.
Items you have already paid for will be ticked ☑︎ and show the text 1 paid. Click the checkbox ☑︎, and you will open the "Amend Order" screen.
To remove the item, click the minus (-) symbol till the value is 0.
Confirm your changes or cancellations, and the value of the cancelled items will be returned instantly to your e-wallet. You may then use this to pay for your next pre-order, or as balance for a Senior School child's canteen purchases through the e-wallet card system.
