How do I use the meal credit?

Refunded credit is displayed in your account, and can be used for all future orders.

If you have cancelled an order on time, you will be returned the full value of your meal as account credit.

If you have cancelled before 11:59pm the night before the order, the refund will be credited by the system automatically.

If you cancelled between 12:00am and 06:59am by chat or email, our team will manually credit the amount to your account within 3 business days.

View your available credit

You can view your credit balance at the bottom of the page, just above the checkout button. You may also see a negative number under your shopping basket.

Use your available credit

If you have credit in your account, you may simply proceed to order as normal. When you check out, the credit will automatically be deducted from your total, and your grand total will reflect the remaining payment to be made using PayNow or PayPal.

Please note that unless otherwise advised, credit can only be used for future orders, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
