3. Deliveries: How to cancel or change an order

Delivery customers may change or cancel their orders subject to the following deadlines.

We understand that a range of unexpected circumstances can lead to your child not requiring the meal you have ordered.

You may cancel or change your order according to the following policies:

Up till 11:59pm TWO nights before (i.e. Saturday 11:59pm for a Monday meal)

Self-cancellation or self-change on the online ordering system

100% refund credited to your account.

If you are changing your order, any value paid is automatically applied to your new order.

12:00am (-1 day) - 06:59am on the meal date

E.g. Any time on Sunday for Monday.

Cancellation by chat or email

Please provide a doctor's note etc. in your email or chat.

If valid, you will receive a 100% refund in credit to your account.

If we are unable to verify your cancellation, no refund will be provided.

07:00am on the day or later

Not permitted

No refund

How to cancel or amend an order

It's simple to make changes to your orders, especially if you are making the change within the self-service deadline above.

  1. Log in to the system.

  2. Open the calendar date that you wish to change.

  3. Deselect the item you wish to remove. You should see the value return as "credit" in the payment summary at the bottom of your screen.

  4. If you are moving your value to another date, select your new item.
