By default, your child's OFS Dining Card is able to use the full balance of your family e-wallet, without restriction.
If you wish to limit your child's daily canteen spending, you can easily configure spending allowances for all of the cards registered to your family, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Please note: configuring a spending allowance does not change your e-wallet balance. You must top up your e-wallet to make funds available to your child's card, even if you have an allowance set.
If you set an allowance that is too low, your child may be unable to purchase their lunch, and may be turned away at the counter. Please configure a reasonable allowance for their grade level (recommended minimum in ES: $8.00, MS/HS $9).
Setting a card allowance
Click "Dining Hall" to launch the Victus Web Portal
Click "Cards"
Click (i) next to the card you wish to configure.
Set the allowance toggle to "active"
Choose between a daily, weekly and monthly allowance, and set the relevant amount.
Save the allowance.
