4. NLCS E-wallet balance and refunds

If you have balance remaining in your family e-wallet and you are departing NLCS, you may receive a full refund via bank transfer.

Updated over a week ago

During regular operations, all balances in e-wallets are strictly not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives, and can only be spent on the NLCS (Singapore) campus.

Checking your balance

You may check your e-wallet balance, and top up your account at any time on our portal.

On computers and tablets, the balance can be found on the menu bar:

On mobile devices, the balance is located at the top of the side menu:

E-wallet refund

E-wallet credit is strictly non-refundable, unless your family is leaving the school.

To receive a full refund of any remaining e-wallet balance upon departing the school, you must send the following to us within 14 days of your confirmed departure, via the live chat bubble at the bottom of this window:

  1. a copy of your signed NLCS withdrawal form, or any email communication with the school's admissions department, confirming your departure from the school;

  2. your child's full name (as per the system) and class number;

  3. your Singapore bank details (account number and name);

  4. the email address used to register on the system (if different from the email you are contacting us from).

If we have received all of the items above, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. You will not be notified when the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Victus Catering will not issue a refund if any of the following applies:

  • You have contacted us more than 14 days after your withdrawal is confirmed;

  • You have not officially withdrawn from the school;

  • You are unable to provide a Singapore bank account for the refund: strictly no international banking will be entertained. You may supply the details of a relative or friend instead.
