At Nexus International School, XCL World Academy and Dover Court International School, we use the Flexischools system to facilitate pre-orders and e-wallet payments.
Flexischools is a leading school cashless platform. If you're joining us from Australia, you may already be familiar with the system - Flexischools supports over 2,500 institutions in Australia, Singapore and across South East Asia.
Please note: in some cases, users who had a self-enrolled Flexischools account in Australia may face issues activating their account. If you were a Flexischools user in Australia and you are unable to sign in, please get in touch, as we will have to request an account deletion for you.
In our schools, you do not need to register to use Flexischools. Your account will be automatically created when your school securely synchronises your data with the system - which usually takes place 1-2 days after your child's first day at school.
Claim your account
1. Download the Flexischools app
For the easiest experience, including enabling FaceID/fingerprint unlocking, download the Flexischools app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Alternatively, you can use the portal from your web browser at user.flexischools.com
2. Log in using your school-registered email address
Use the email address you registered with the school during the admissions process to initiate your account activation.
If you try to use your email, and receive an error such as "insufficient access" or "email not found", please try your partner's email address.
IMPORTANT
As of 20 August, the Flexischools portal is currently unable to support two-parent login, and it randomly chooses a "primary" parent for each family.
We recognise that this is not appropriate in many household situations, and we are working with Flexischools to urgently implement the ability for two parents to share an account.
3. Check your email
If you are the primary parent and your email is valid, an activation email is sent to your inbox. Open this email, and click the link to activate your account.
4. Set a password
Set a password for your account. If you have completed this setup step in your browser, you will now be logged in there. To return to the app, close the browser and log in with your email address and new password in the Flexischools app.
5. Enable biometrics
If your device supports FaceID or fingerprint login, you will be offered the option of enabling biometric login. We recommend that you enable this, as it makes signing in much easier.
6. Check your family details
Click the "Profile" tab, and under "Students", you should see all children in your family. If any of these details are wrong, please start a live chat with us, and we will help point you in the right direction.
Next steps
If your family is set up correct, you can immediately begin pre-ordering, or setting up your e-wallet for purchases in the canteen.
