We use fresh products wherever possible (instead of frozen or processed goods), sourced from reputable suppliers.
Our kitchen is not Halal-certified, but all items are pork and lard free. Most ingredients, especially meats, are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.
We do not use nuts or tree nuts of any kind, but some products may have traces of nuts or tree nuts.
We use boneless chicken thigh or breast.
We typically use boneless white fish fillets, including dory and sea bass. Please note that despite our best efforts small bones may remain even after processing.
