We are committed to cooking tasty and nutritious food with good quality fresh ingredients.

We use fresh products wherever possible (instead of frozen or processed goods), sourced from reputable suppliers.

  • Our kitchen is not Halal-certified, but all items are pork and lard free. Most ingredients, especially meats, are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.

  • We do not use nuts or tree nuts of any kind, but some products may have traces of nuts or tree nuts.

  • We use boneless chicken thigh or breast.

  • We typically use boneless white fish fillets, including dory and sea bass. Please note that despite our best efforts small bones may remain even after processing.
