We are committed to cooking tasty and nutritious food with good quality fresh ingredients.
We use fresh products wherever possible (instead of frozen or processed goods), and use restaurant-quality ingredients and produce.
Our hot meals are always prepared freshly by our teams in our kitchens, using the following ingredient guidelines:

Our kitchen itself is not Halal-certified, but all items are pork-free and most ingredients are Halal
We do not use nuts of any kind, but some products do have traces of nuts or tree nuts.
We use boneless chicken thigh or breast.
We typically use boneless white fish fillets, including dory and sea bass.
By popular request and for cultural reasons, we have removed beef from our "international" menus for meal delivery schools.
