We cook fresh food every day for all customers, and we care about the ingredients we use.

Updated over a week ago

We are committed to cooking tasty and nutritious food with good quality fresh ingredients.

We use fresh products wherever possible (instead of frozen or processed goods), and use restaurant-quality ingredients and produce.

Our hot meals are always prepared freshly by our teams in our kitchens, using the following ingredient guidelines:

Fried foods

Unhealthy sauces/condiments

Items with super-high sugar or salt content

Lean meat (chicken/beef)

Frozen ingredients

Low quality super-processed foods

Nutritious fish (dory, sea bass, salmon)

Fattier meat cuts (e.g. chicken thigh)

Higher salt or sugar dishes

Foods high in saturated/trans-fats

Low-sugar juices and drinks

Packaged (lower-sodium) sauces

Processed foods

Pork or lard, nuts, shellfish

Lower-sodium snacks

Refined wheat or other products

Refined salt and sugar

Additives or other enhancers e.g MSG

Healthier-choice oils

Additional notes:

  • Our kitchen itself is not Halal-certified, but all items are pork-free and most ingredients are Halal

  • We do not use nuts of any kind, but some products do have traces of nuts or tree nuts.

  • We use boneless chicken thigh or breast.

  • We typically use boneless white fish fillets, including dory and sea bass.

  • By popular request and for cultural reasons, we have removed beef products from our delivery menus. Beef continues to be served in our school canteens, where children have a greater selection and can make their own choices.
