Our kitchens DO NOT use, and are strictly prohibited from handling:
any nuts;
pork/lard products.
Though our kitchens are not officially Halal certified by MUIS, the majority of our products and meats are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers, and many products carry the Halal certificate.
We cater for those with dietary requirements with our allergen-free menu which is available for pre-ordering at all of our schools. These meals do not contain any Dairy, Egg or Gluten (labelled D, E, G in our menus).
If your child has severe food intolerances and/or allergies, we kindly recommend that you send an approved packed lunch from home, to avoid the risk of an allergic reaction.
Please be aware that though all due care is taken by our teams to not use any prohibited products, and to prepare allergen-free meals without contamination, our kitchens are not equipped with a sterile room, and many of the products that we use may contain minute traces of gluten, dairy, egg, and nuts.
